District policy requires all volunteers that will be going on any field trips or working one on one with students to complete a background check. This requires watching a 27 minute Code of Conduct Video online and signing a completion form and getting a signed volunteer paper form from the office and then going to the District Office for fingerprinting. If you choose to do this, please call the school office for detailed information. This needs to be completed TWO WEEKS prior to the event. There is no charge for this service.
If you fingerprinted before July 1, 2015 and it has been longer than 5 years, you will need to be re-fingerprinted before attending the field trip. If you fingerprinted after July 1, 2015 you will not need to be re-fingerprinted, but we do need to have some type of proof that you have been fingerprinted.
